JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling customer inquiries through all channels (phone, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram, email)
- Preparing and sending detailed offers for auto parts
- Guiding customers through the entire process – from inquiry to delivery
- Communicating with the warehouse and scheduling deliveries
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and product quality
- Resolving complaints and issues as quickly as possible
- Working in order processing systems
- Searching and identifying auto parts in catalogs (TecDoc and others)

Regular communication with clients and suppliers
REQUIREMENTS
MANDATORY:
- Secondary education or higher
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Conversational knowledge of English
- Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Willingness to learn new systems and programs
